1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website and services of SAT Software House & Institute ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website, enroll in our courses, or hire our agency services.

2. Software House Services (For Clients)

When you engage SAT Software House for IT services (including Web Development, Digital Marketing, Amazon Management, and Branding), the following applies:

• Project Scope: All deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a formal proposal or invoice. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will incur extra charges.
• Revisions: We offer a specific number of revisions as outlined in your project agreement. Major design or structural changes requested after approval may result in additional fees.
• Ownership: Upon full and final payment, the client assumes full ownership of the final product (website, logo, etc.). We retain the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio.

3. Institute & Training (For Students)

When you enroll as a student at SAT Institute, the following rules apply:

• Course Materials: All course content, videos, PDFs, and curriculum materials provided during your training are the intellectual property of SAT Institute and may not be copied, distributed, or sold.
• Code of Conduct: Students are expected to maintain professional behavior. We reserve the right to terminate the enrollment of any student who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or unethical behavior, without a refund.
• Certifications: Certificates of completion are awarded based on attendance, project completion, and overall performance.

4. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

For Clients: A standard upfront deposit is required before any project begins. Final deliverables will only be handed over or launched once the remaining balance is cleared in full.

For Students: Course fees must be paid according to the schedule provided at the time of admission. Registration fees are non-refundable. Refund policies for tuition fees (if applicable) will be explicitly stated on your admission form.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, SAT Software House & Institute owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. You may access this for your own personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms. You must not republish, sell, rent, or reproduce material from SAT without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SAT Software House & Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services or educational courses.

7. Third-Party Links

8. Governing Law
